Participants will explore the links between image, reputation and trust, identify key stakeholder groups, evaluate expectations, and apply reputation management practices. The course introduces key reputation assessment models – Reptrak and the Edelman Trust Barometer – and their application in decision-making. Topics include communication planning for reputation risk prevention, real-case analysis, and reflective tasks. This programme helps participants develop strategic approaches to reputation building, grounded in value, image and consistent messaging.

Her expertise lies in organisational reputation management, consumer trust, and brand communication. In recent years, she has deepened her knowledge by exploring reputation-related challenges in times of crisis, including the pandemic, cyber-attack, etc.
