The programme of this course is intended for managers, communication specialists, and anyone for whom building and maintaining a strong reputation of an organisation is essential. Participants will be introduced to the principles of reputation building, the role of image and stakeholders, and how reputation influences the success of an organisation. The programme presents key reputation evaluation models – Reptrak and the Edelman Trust Barometer – highlighting their relevance for decision-making and strengthening trust. The classes include theoretical insights, practical examples, group discussions, and self-reflective exercises.

Jurgita Stravinskienė - Assoc. Professor at Kaunas University of Technology School of Economics and Business, with over 20 years of teaching and training experience. Her expertise lies in organisational reputation management, consumer trust, and brand communication. In recent years, she has deepened her knowledge by exploring reputation-related challenges in times of crisis, including the pandemic, cyber-attack, etc.
The programme strengthens professional competences in line with market needs, promotes sustainable business development and new product development.
