The KTU Educational Competence Center invites 11th-12th grade students to participate in a camp focused on self-discovery, exploring interests and strengths, and finding their professional direction. Participants will delve into social and humanities sciences, engage in practical activities, creative workshops, discussions, and lectures, utilizing a design-thinking methodology. The program includes the fundamentals of career choice, self-exploration, motivation enhancement, and the development of practical skills. By the end of the camp, participants will create a personal career plan, gain self-confidence, and acquire the abilities to purposefully pursue their dream profession. This is a unique and inspiring career journey that encourages effective future planning.

Jurgita Barynienė, a lecturer at KTU and a certified expert in the "Design Thinking" methodology, has extensive experience in fostering critical thinking, creativity, and career planning skills. Jurgita actively participates in educational innovation projects and works with interdisciplinary teams, nurturing essential 21st-century competencies such as openness to change, innovativeness, and lifelong learning.
