The course is designed for students in Years 11–12 who want to better understand themselves, identify their strengths, interests and potential career paths. Participants will engage in creative workshops, discussions and practical activities using the design thinking method. The programme explores career orientation fundamentals, self-awareness, motivation and soft skills such as planning and communication. Students will work on developing their personal career plans while reflecting on their values and goals. This structured and inspiring experience empowers young people to make confident decisions and purposefully plan their professional futures.
