The training is designed for teachers of Lithuanian language and literature teaching Years 5–12 who seek to gain knowledge and practical skills in implementing competence-based education. Participants will explore the goals of the updated general curriculum, analyse opportunities for developing competences and apply practical methods for integrating reading, analysis, and writing activities into teaching. Teachers will engage with both theoretical and practical aspects, working with publicist and literary texts, as well as visual and intermedial works. The training emphasises the development of critical thinking, information literacy, and creative writing skills. Total duration is 64 academic hours, 54 of which are contact hours.
