About this course

This training is designed for teachers, career professionals and other adults interested in applying design thinking (DT) in education and professional environments. DT is a creative problem-solving strategy that fosters critical thinking, collaboration, innovation and leadership. Participants will explore key DT principles, codes of practice, stages of the process, and real-world examples of its use in educational institutions. Emphasis is placed on solving human-centered challenges and developing practical skills through active workshops. The programme integrates theory with interactive activities that help translate knowledge into professional practice.

 

You will learn:

  • to understand the essence and practical relevance of design thinking;
  • to explain core DT principles and their benefits in educational contexts;
  • to apply DT process stages to address real-life challenges;
  • to create learner-focused and creative educational environments;
  • to integrate DT tools into teaching and organisational activities.
