This programme is designed for professionals in the public sector, education, culture and business who aim to apply design thinking methods to solve real challenges creatively and innovatively. Participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills to analyse and solve problems using empathy, user experience, and creative approaches. The training introduces the fundamentals of design thinking, process stages, key principles, and practical tasks that develop a problem-solving mindset.
