The organisation's objectives become the employees' objectives, and the employees' results become the organisation's success. Employee performance management is a systematic process that involves employees in achieving the organisation's objectives and improving performance. Managers set objectives and provide support to employees in achieving them. Progress towards these objectives is measured and employees are provided with feedback. High standards are set, but efforts are also made to develop the skills needed to achieve them. The training is aimed at all levels of managers and professionals in human resource management involved in the employee performance management process.
You will learn cascading objectives within an organisation, indicators to measure the achievement of set objectives, behavioural interviewing techniques and feedback methods.
