A specialist with 38 years of experience in microbiological testing of food products, environmental samples (surface swabs, air control), and water. She conducts tests following international and national standards (ISO, LST EN, LST EN ISO) and laboratory procedures (GMP). Responsible for sample intake control, testing, result evaluation, quality indicator analysis, and report preparation. Experienced in developing and updating quality management system documents (procedures, instructions, forms), ensuring system maintenance and continuous improvement. She assesses microbial contamination in production environments, identifies contamination sources, and selects preventive measures to ensure safe dairy and food production. Actively interested in advanced microbiological methods and their practical application to improve food safety processes.
A specialist with practical experience in microbiological analysis of food products and water. The main area of expertise is the evaluation of culture media effectiveness and their application in the detection and identification of microorganisms. In daily work, performs microbiological testing while ensuring the quality of laboratory procedures and the reliability of results. Experienced in assessing microbial contamination in food production environments, identifying potential contamination sources, and selecting appropriate preventive measures to ensure safer food production. Actively interested in advanced microbiological testing methods and their implementation in practice, with the goal of continuously improving food safety assurance processes.
