This training is designed for teachers and other adults working in career development, education, or the public sector who want to strengthen their understanding of strategic management and its application in organisational development. Participants will explore the core principles and significance of strategic management, learn how to analyse internal and external environments using strategic tools, and develop the skills to create coherent and well-grounded SWOT analyses.
