Fundamentals of 2D Computer Graphics

About this course

The programme is intended for those who want to learn how to design material for printing, advertising materials, and images for social media. Upon completion of this programme graduates will be able use vector-based and raster-based 2D graphics software. Graduates will also be able to design visual material for polygraph printing and other forms of media. The duration of the programme is 80 academic hours, of which 60 academic hours are contact hours. A positive assessment of the competences acquired leads to a certificate of completion of the non-formal education programme and the award of credits recognized according to the procedure established by the higher education institution.

 

You will learn:

1. Apply mathematical competences and draw on knowledge of science, technology and engineering; 2. Develop digital competences; 3. Compose designs and prepare them for publication and print; 4. Create promotional images and banners; 5. Generate multimedia content; 6. Produce graphic images for print and media; 7. Prepare computer graphics objects for printing and publishing.
