The programme is intended for students in Year 11–12 and Lithuanian language teachers aiming to deepen their knowledge of Lithuanian language and literature in preparation for the school or state matriculation exam. The course consists of three modules aligned with the exam structure – oral exam preparation, argumentative essay writing, and literary analysis. Participants will learn the assessment criteria, how to structure texts effectively, and how to use wider context in literary interpretation. The course is led by Dr Mindaugas Grigaitis, expert teacher and Chair of the Lithuanian Language and Literature Teachers’ Association.

Mindaugas Grigaitis, PhD, is the Chairman of the Lithuanian Language and Literature Teachers' Union and an expert teacher of the Lithuanian language and literature at Kaunas Jesuit Gymnasium. In addition, he teaches seminars dedicated for teachers and pupils, develops video lectures and other methodological tools for the teaching of the Lithuanian language and literature. He is also an assessor of the International Baccalaureate Examination of Literature.
