This training programme is designed for public and private sector professionals aiming to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in information and cybersecurity management. Participants will explore the role of the information security officer, key legal regulations in Lithuania and the EU, the creation and implementation of security policies, and the use of technical, organisational, and physical protection measures. The course also covers risk assessment, identification and handling of cybersecurity incidents, and business continuity planning. Special attention is given to fostering a cybersecurity culture within organisations and planning employee training activities. The programme includes the use of the virtual assistant (C)ISO for practical tasks. Upon successful completion and evaluation, participants will receive a certificate and credits recognised by higher education institutions.
