This programme is designed for mathematics teachers who wish to enhance their pedagogical competencies based on the latest neuroscience research. During the training, participants will be introduced to discoveries related to memory formation, motivation, public speaking and effective teaching methods. The primary focus is on how to apply these insights directly in mathematics lessons to help students improve not only their mathematical skills but also their personal, learning skills, creativity and communication competencies. The training consists of 80 academic hours, including 54 contact hours. Upon successful completion, participants receive a non-formal education certificate and are awarded 3 ECTS credits. Through experiential learning and real-life simulations, theory is effectively transferred into classroom practice, making the programme valuable for both new and experienced educators.
