Sustainability practices are increasingly changing the specifics of activities in the companies. Financial statements and sustainability reports must now be submitted and disclosed. For now, only large companies, but eventually all companies will be required to provide reports. Already, companies need to prepare for the adoption of aspects of sustainability practices, regardless of the size of the company. Recognizing, evaluating and modeling indicators of environmental, social and governance (ESG) are the basis for understanding the company sustainability practices. The training is intended for representatives of companies who want to acquire knowledge about the ESG assessment of companies. The training uses an advanced analytical tool Bloomberg PRO, so the training is interactive and develops essentially practical skills. After completing the training, a certificate is issued, so it is possible to start working independently with ESG indicators and sustainability reports.

PhD Raminta Vaitiekūnienė is an Associate Professor at KTU Faculty of Economics and Business, implementing research and lecturing on the topics of international financial management, financial technology, and assessing the financial results and sustainability of companies. The lecturer has accumulated almost 10 years of teaching experience, giving lectures to students of interdisciplinary fields (Bachelor’s, Master's students in both Lithuanian and English languages) and seminars for entrepreneurs. The teacher constantly improves her competences by participating in international seminars in foreign institutions.
