Upskilling courses are provided under an approved programme developed according to the OIML D-14 requirements for legal metrology personnel and their upskilling. The programme aims to upgrade the qualifications of specialists working in the field of metrology by introducing the latest developments in metrology and accreditation, aiming to maintain and improve the metrologist's skills in the supervision of designated institutions, measuring instruments and control processes.
The course is designed for metrologists who wish to upgrade their qualifications. The main topics of the training include an overview of the latest metrology (standardisation and accreditation) legislation (international and national level), the latest news in market surveillance in the field of metrology, developments including changes in the requirements of accreditation-legal metrology, metrological supervision management processes, selection of measuring instruments, the latest measurement methods and tools. Certificates of upskilling are issued.
