The programme is designed to develop professional competences in line with current market needs and to foster sustainable business or new product development. The aim is to develop practical competences and skills in the project management cycle to successfully initiate, plan, implement, control and close a project. The 60 academic hours of the programme are characterised by the development of practical competences by directly integrating theoretical training into the practical skills development process and by the application of state-of-the-art project management methodologies and practices essential for successful project management. Participants (learners) acquire project management competences through the practical initiation, planning and simulation of project implementation. A positive assessment of the competences acquired leads to a certificate of completion of the non-formal education programme and the award of credits recognised by the higher education institution.

Dr. Rūta Čiutienė is an experienced project management expert and an ICF coaching specialist. She teaches project management to students at Kaunas University of Technology and conducts trainings for various organisations. She has many years of experience in international project management, working with various scientific, business and public sector partners. She is also an active participant in the Project Management Academy, where she shares her knowledge and practical experience with young project managers seeking to improve their project management competences.
Associate professor at KTU Faculty of Economics and Business, with more than 10 years of experience in implementing and managing projects in various sectors - public, non-governmental and private. She has a double Master's degree in Project Management. She is an active mentor and consultant in hackathons and championships.
Dr. Evelina Meilienė is a PhD in Social Sciences (Economics) at Kaunas University of Technology, where she researches national competitiveness, innovation and technological enterprises. She has many years of practical experience as a project manager, teaches project management and change management at the university, and conducts trainings for business and public sector companies. She is also a certified project manager (IPMA C) and a certified ADIZES methodology integrator.
