About this course

The programme is designed to develop professional competences in line with current market needs and to foster sustainable business or new product development. The aim is to develop practical competences and skills in the project management cycle to successfully initiate, plan, implement, control and close a project. The 60 academic hours of the programme are characterised by the development of practical competences by directly integrating theoretical training into the practical skills development process and by the application of state-of-the-art project management methodologies and practices essential for successful project management. Participants (learners) acquire project management competences through the practical initiation, planning and simulation of project implementation. A positive assessment of the competences acquired leads to a certificate of completion of the non-formal education programme and the award of credits recognised by the higher education institution.

 

You will learn:

- Justify the need for a project and propose solutions considering the context. - Effectively initiate a project. - Develop a project management plan and optimize resource allocation. - Analyze and evaluate the project implementation process. - Enhance teamwork and leadership skills.
