This training programme is intended for municipal administration employees and provides knowledge on the causes of emigration, its risks and possible mitigation strategies. Participants will explore emigration trends in Lithuania and worldwide, examine historical and contemporary migration contexts and analyse both national and international good practices. The programme presents practical tools for creating a strategic plan tailored to local government needs. Participants will develop the skills to assess migration challenges strategically and design long-term municipal action plans designed to address emigration.
