This training programme is intended for individuals seeking to acquire knowledge and practical skills in the preparation and administration of EU-funded projects. During the training, participants will explore the main EU funding programmes, application procedures, documentation requirements, the role of partnerships, project implementation planning, budgeting, accountability and common mistakes. They will learn to get ready for project submission, prepare required supporting documents, to plan project activities and allocate resources effectively, and manage the project after receiving funding. The programme focuses on building practical competences and analysing real-life cases, making it useful both for beginners and those already working in project management. These skills will help participants successfully apply for EU funding and ensure the effective implementation of awarded projects.

Dr. Rūta Čiutienė is an experienced project management expert and an ICF coaching specialist. She teaches project management to students at Kaunas University of Technology and conducts trainings for various organisations. She has many years of experience in international project management, working with various scientific, business and public sector partners. She is also an active participant in the Project Management Academy, where she shares her knowledge and practical experience with young project managers seeking to improve their project management competences.
