The training is provided under the Programme for the course in pedagogical-psychological knowledge approved by Order No. V-534 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania of 28 June 2017.
The basic knowledge of pedagogy, psychology and didactics required for the effective education of pupils in vocational training and non-formal (except pre-school and pre-primary) education programmes. To apply the basic principles of pedagogical activities and psychological regularities and characterise the possibilities of pedagogical activities and teaching in various teaching and learning situations.

Diana Lipinskienė is an associate professor at KTU Panevėžys Faculty of Technologies and Business, as well as a researcher of the research group "Sustainable Management and Educational Solutions for Increasing Competitiveness" at KTU Panevėžys Faculty of Technologies and Business. Her research areas include educational environments and technologies, innovation management and entrepreneurship and organisation management. With more than 20 years of experience, the associate professor conducts various trainings, participates in events and forums, travels extensively and enjoys sports. Students who have studied and come into contact with this teacher emphasise her undeniable competence and dedication to her work, the respect she shows, her helpfulness, and her excellent time management in her work with students.
