This course is designed for individuals without a teaching qualification who plan to work in vocational education or non-formal children's education (excluding preschool and pre-primary levels). Participants will acquire basic knowledge in pedagogy, psychology and didactics, essential for effectively educating learners across various learning situations. The programme covers educational goals, assessment methods, student development, teacher roles, classroom communication, special education regulations, conflict resolution and planning of non-formal educational activities. Emphasis is placed on applying theoretical knowledge in practical contexts to prepare future educators for responsible and professional engagement in educational environments.

Diana Lipinskienė is an associate professor at KTU Panevėžys Faculty of Technologies and Business, as well as a researcher of the research group "Sustainable Management and Educational Solutions for Increasing Competitiveness" at KTU Panevėžys Faculty of Technologies and Business. Her research areas include educational environments and technologies, innovation management and entrepreneurship and organisation management. With more than 20 years of experience, the associate professor conducts various trainings, participates in events and forums, travels extensively and enjoys sports. Students who have studied and come into contact with this teacher emphasise her undeniable competence and dedication to her work, the respect she shows, her helpfulness, and her excellent time management in her work with students.
The training is for students in Years 11–12 and Lithuanian language teachers preparing for the Lithuanian language and literature state matriculation exam.
